The Epiphany March takes place Sunday, January 8th, during the Sunday School hour for the pre-school and elementary kids. Children will robe up in costume as the Wise Men, or Magi, who came from the East to visit the birth of a King. Other character costumes include the Holy Family, Angels and Shepherds. The children will March to each Adult Sunday School Class seeking the newly born King until they finally reach the Bethlehem B&B where the stable resides.
It is there that the March will conclude. During visits to each class, the children will invite the classes to sing Christmas and Epiphany carols with them as they pass by.
Don’t miss out on this precious and meaningful event for the young children of St. Stephen.
