The Music of “The Beatles”
(A Concert, Revue and Sing-along, celebrating the music of the Fab 4)

All together now. . .Across the universe, it won’t be long until the next meeting of Sgt. Pepper’s lonely hearts club band. . .Beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 25th, musicians from St. Stephen and some of their friends will present a concert, revue and sing-along of the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and George Harrison. 2012 marks 52 years since The Beatles first began singing as a group. Four years later, on February 9, 1964, many of us remember being glued to the T.V. on Sunday night, watching their American debut on the Ed Sullivan Show.
There will be choral, vocal, piano, organ, guitar renditions of some of the classics. You will want to sing along and remember the 1960s! Make your plans to spend an hour and a half reliving the music of this group that transformed the musical world.

These songs should have all of us singing, humming, whistling and remembering.
