Ash Wednesday Services: Child-Friendly and Traditional

CHILD & FAMILY FRIENDLY ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE

5:30 P.M. IN NARTHEX AND CROSSING OF THE CHURCH

You are invited to the Child and Family Friendly Ash Wednesday Service starting promptly at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19th, in the Narthex of the Sanctuary.  Pastor Fritz Ritsch and Director of Christian Education, Beth Fultz, will tell the story of the Good Shepherd looking for the lost sheep and keeping predators away as we journey to the Crossing Area of the Sanctuary.

Children will participate in the imposition of ashes, the telling of the story, a song or two, and will receive a memento about the Good Shepherd story that they can use in the car and at bedtime!

For more information on this service, contact Beth Fultz, 817.927.8411 office or via e-mail beth.fultz@ststephen-pcusa.com.
